Project and Program Management - Program Manager Tech 1

Location: REDMOND, Washington (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

This role involves interfacing with the client on technical and project matters from initiation through delivery. The Program Manager will create and maintain project schedules, status reports, and functional specifications. The position requires organizing cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule, providing analytical information, and securing necessary approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with the client on technical and project matters.
• Create and maintain program and project schedules and status reports.
• Develop functional specifications, requirements, or scope for project implementation.
• Provide technical and analytical information for decision-making and approval processes.
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage project initiation through delivery.

Required Qualifications

Experience: General experience in operations and project management is required.

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Power Automate for development and troubleshooting of automation workflows.
• Microsoft Excel for ad hoc data preparation and reporting, including advanced lookup functions, table filtering, and pivot table creation.
• Power Query for data transformation and cleanup.
• SharePoint-based list or document environments supporting reporting workflows.
• Azure DevOps work item tracking for documenting outreach activity and stakeholder reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00/hour to $45.00/hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
