ManpowerGroup Program Manager Tech 2 in Redmond, Washington
Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 2, you will be part of the Infrastructure and Cloud Services support team, supporting critical projects related to incident management and platform modernization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support infrastructure and cloud services for the Office product group, including incident management and platform modernization.
Contribute to Azure infrastructure projects and contractual commitments such as Cosmic and France/Germany programs.
Interface with clients on technical matters and project subject matters from initiation through delivery.
Provide program and project schedules, status reports, and create functional specifications and requirements.
Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, potentially managing or overseeing projects.
What's Needed?
Minimum 5–6 years of experience with technical skills and tools such as Power BI, SQL, Kusto, and AD.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proven program management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, including presenting findings and leading meetings.
Experience working with global teams and managing high-impact programs.
