Program Manager Tech 2 Bcforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Tech 2 for an opportunity in Remote Position Title: Program Manager Tech 2 Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. Expected Duration: 6+ Months Job Type: Contract - Remote Pay Range $50.00 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description: The Program Manager Tech 2 supports the planning, execution, and delivery of technical and business programs by coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring work is delivered on time and to expectations. This role focuses on execution, communication, and operational rigor while collaborating closely with engineers, analysts, and business partners. Job Responsibilities: Support end to end execution of programs and initiatives from intake through delivery Track work using systems such as Azure DevOps; manage tasks, dependencies, and timelines Gather and document requirements, user stories, and success criteria Coordinate across cross functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery Surface risks, blockers, and status updates to stakeholders Contribute to reporting, metrics tracking, and operational review Education / Experience: Experience in program, project, or operations management within a technical environment Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate in structured delivery frameworks and manage multiple priorities Comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting tools Experience collaborating with technical and nontechnical partners Power Apps: 3 years+ Power Automate Flow: 3 Years+ Power BI: 1 Year+ Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
