Program Manager Tech 2 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Tech 2 for remote opportunity. Position Title: Program Manager Tech 2 Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 5 Months Job Type: CONTRACT Pay Range: $50 - $60/hr. on W2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Top 3 Required * Power Apps: 3 years+ * Power Automate Flow: 3 Years+ * Power BI: 1 Year+ Summary: We are seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to design, develop, and support a suite of Power Platform based solutions: including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports for Talent Acquisition and HR Operation group. Required Skills & Experience: * Proficient in Power BI. * Experience in reporting design, development, and maintenance. * Understanding of best practices for data visualization. * Proficient in Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), including measures, calculated columns, and tables. * Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio and Structured Query Language. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Power Platform and related applications. * Experience with Fabric. * Familiarity with HR data. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical or operational field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
