ManpowerGroup Program Manager Non Tech 3 in Redmond, Washington
Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. This is a Non-Technical Program Manager role focused on driving cross-functional business programs rather than technical product development. The person will coordinate multiple initiatives, build structured plans, track progress, identify risks, and keep stakeholders aligned. It’s ideal for someone who can bring order to ambiguity, communicate clearly with leadership, and manage moving pieces across teams.
This person acts as the “glue” between business, operations, and leadership teams—ensuring programs stay on track, decisions are made, and outcomes are delivered.
Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 3
Location: Remote - PST hours
Pay Range: $62/hr - $67/hr
What's the Job?
Develop and manage comprehensive program plans that define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives.
Identify and assess cross-program dependencies, risks, and impacts, providing clear recommendations and mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
Document end-to-end workflows, experiences, or operating models to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential risks to customers or the business.
Analyze feedback, performance data, and qualitative inputs to uncover blockers, opportunities for improvement, and operational friction points.
Create executive-ready materials, including presentations, briefs, and reports, that synthesize complex information into clear narratives and actionable insights.
What's Needed?
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and impactful documentation and presentations.
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of synthesizing complex information, identifying risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities.
Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes without direct authority.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams.
Proficiency with common business tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and related collaboration platforms.
