Our client, a global data center and critical‑infrastructure leader, is seeking a Program Manager—Alarm Management to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Global CO+I organization , supporting the Global Alarm Management Program and cross‑functional Operations, Engineering, and Instrumentation teams . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking , exceptional cross‑functional leadership , and excellent communication skills , which will align successfully within the organization.

What’s the Job?

  • Lead global alarm management initiatives aligned to ISA 18.2 standards, focusing on alarm rationalization, reduction, and lifecycle governance.

  • Analyze alarm performance data to identify trends, alarm floods, and operational risks, translating insights into prioritized, actionable improvements.

  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Instrumentation teams to drive alignment on alarm design changes and suppression strategies.

  • Represent the Global Alarm Management Program in regional forums, ensuring adherence to standards and tracking execution of alarm improvement actions.

  • Identify locally successful alarm improvements and support expansion into globally scalable solutions to increase program maturity and consistency.

What’s Needed?

  • 2–4 years of applied Alarm Management Lifecycle experience , including rationalization, audits, reviews, and continuous monitoring.

  • Strong data analytics proficiency with tools such as Power BI, with proven ability to turn insights into clear actions and sustained improvements.

  • Demonstrated cross‑functional leadership without direct authority , especially across engineering and operations teams.

  • Solid understanding of ISA 18.2 , alarm design principles, and operational risk related to nuisance alarms and alarm floods.

  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence global teams and uphold standards.
