Amazon Leo Quality team is driven to develop a Quality System that is capable of scaling aerospace quality to volume and cost levels to meet end customer needs. This position will join the team at an exciting moment, with an opportunity to own quality system development and contribute to the design of requirements, processes, and systems used across the business.

Key job responsibilities
Manage a team of quality inspectors and quality specialists, supporting a continuous manufacturing system.
Standardize our processes and continuously improve our methods of predicting, and reacting to, performance of the production system.
Manage the MRB process at production floor review the non-conformance and approve the disposition
Perform the Root cause analysis to reduced NC
Lead the work instruction (SOP) for quality inspection team
A day in the life
Manage staffing plan to ensure high impact to the business and consistent quality to our customers.
Communicate changes to documentation or process to the quality front-line support team
Review the NC on production floor and perform disposition.
Work with Quality Engineering team on improvement initiatives to improve yield and reduce non-conformance rates.
Support investigations into internal and external quality issues. Support short term mitigation and long term corrective action of issues.
Review the rework and lead salvage process
Update inspection documentation, work order templates, and quality alert documentation.

Basic Qualifications
1+ years of people management experience
3+ years of quality assurance testing experience
3+ years of Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.) experience
Experience identifying and solving complex problems through data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 3+ members experience
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts and best practices
Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
