Job Description
We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will drive the execution, development, and optimization of innovative physicochemical processes that enable transformative optical materials for AR/VR applications. You will contribute through hands-on laboratory work, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continuous process improvement with supply-chain partners.
Responsibilities:
Implement complex standard operating procedures with precision and efficiency, identifying subtle differences that affect process effectiveness.
Design experiments to evaluate feasibility and optimize process parameters.
Identify and resolve issues in electromechanical laboratory systems and equipment in collaboration with engineering teams.
Collect, document, and analyze data from experiments and processes; prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to material innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in process development.
Laboratory experience with organic chemicals and solvents and use of relevant laboratory equipment.
