Our client, a leader in applied sciences and innovative research, is seeking a Lab Technician (Scanning Operator) to join their team. As a Lab Technician (Scanning Operator), you will be part of the Applied Sciences department supporting the development and optimization of cutting-edge AI models. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Prepare and digitize physical materials using industrial scanning equipment
Operate high-speed document scanners and industrial cutters safely and efficiently
Monitor scan quality, identify issues, and perform necessary corrections
Organize, label, and store digital files following established conventions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting daily throughput and accuracy targets
What's Needed?
0-2 years of experience operating physical equipment safely
Experience with visual quality inspection and error detection
Basic computer skills for file handling and software operation
Ability to perform physical, hands-on tasks for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently
