Our client, an industry leader in technological innovation, is seeking a Lab Technician, Hardware 1 to join their team. As a Lab Technician, Hardware 1, you will be part of the Hardware Support Department supporting the development and testing of cutting-edge hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lab Technician, Hardware 1

Location: Redmond, WA (ONSITE)

Pay Range:$25 - $30/hr W2 + Benefits (No C2C)

What's the Job?

  • Assist in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of hardware components.

  • Operate specialized lab equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Document test results and maintain accurate records of hardware performance.

  • Follow established procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized lab environment.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience with manual, operational, or production work preferred.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.

  • Basic computer skills for managing files and operating lab software.
