HR Operations Advisor 2 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated HR Operations Advisor 2 Professional Job for an opportunity at Remote Position Title: HR Operations Advisor 2 Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: 1/5/2026 Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 3 Months contract Job Type: Contract and Remote Pay Range: $17/hr. - $21/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 3-4 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required. * Disqualifiers: N/A * Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain prior Microsoft employee experience, potentially as a recruiter/coordinator. Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator, staffing associate, administrative assistant, or similar role working with interview scheduling especially with very high volume is a huge plus. Recruiting process knowledge and experience is helpful. * Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines within compliance Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience * Microsoft Office & Azure DevOps Experience (outlook/excel/word) (3-4 YOE) * Communication Experience (written / verbal / discretionary / confidentiality) (3-4 YOE) * Experience with Managing High Volume in similar field (3-4 YOE) A Talent Operations Coordinator is a vendor and centralized point of contact between the business team and recruiting, who will manage various operational tasks and ensure a smooth hiring process. The talent program is funded by the executive office and will be responsible for creating all requisitions within every business group. It is critical to have a high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with tact and professionalism. Required Qualifications: * 3+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in related field. * Must have Office Experience (outlook/excel/word). * Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently. * Excellent written and verbal communications skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail. * Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed. * Exercise sound judgment and make well-informed decisions in complex, ambiguous situations, escalating as needed. * The ability to successfully work in a team environment and build effective working relationships. * The ability to prioritize and work independently and effectively with an appropriate sense of urgency while adjusting direction in response to quickly changing priorities. Primary Responsibilities: * Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data. * POC for net-new and backfill requisition requests, including facilitation of the approval and creation processes. * Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with business managers/recruiters/hiring managers/admins to create requisitions. * Ensure data accuracy across all systems and make certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed. * Partner closely with business managers, admins and with hiring managers. * Tracking and reporting end-to-end details for all open, and in process, hiring.
