Overview
Join SCore Engineering and support a senior executive office at the center of a high impact, global engineering organization. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who brings executive maturity, solid discretion, and exceptional operational excellence to enable the leader to focus on the highest priorities. This role is for someone who thrives in complexity, anticipates needs, creates calm in fast moving moments, and takes pride in delivering a world class executive experience through strong cadence, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
This role is based out of the Microsoft Redmond, WA campus. In alignment with Microsoft’s Flexible Work Policy, this role is expected to work on campus at least three days per week on average . This requirement ensures consistency with company guidelines and supports collaboration expectations.

Responsibilities
Executive and Executive Office Support
Provide calendar management support for a designated senior leader and drive business priorities and cadences.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and peer groups and communicate with external parties as needed to ensure readiness and smooth execution.
Travel, Meetings, and Logistics
Manage travel arrangements and meeting logistics for the leader, including rapid pivots, multi time zone coordination, and high visibility readiness.
Manage organizational events and logistics for the executive office with strong operational discipline and follow through.
Expense and Financial Management
Own expense management for the leader and executive office and support financial management in partnership with others.
Business Support Community and Discipline Leadership
Drive direction for discipline development and provide leadership for the business support community through best practices, mentoring, and shared readiness.
Executive Judgment and Policy Compliance
Use executive maturity and discretion in decision making and promote policy compliance while handling sensitive information with high confidentiality.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years Demonstrated experience supporting a senior executive with complex calendaring, travel, expenses, and high visibility meeting logistics.
Stakeholder management, executive communication skills, confidentiality, and sound judgment in fast paced environments.
Experience providing leadership within an administrative community or discipline, including mentoring and standard setting.
Ability to work in the office a minimum of three days a week, with some weeks requiring additional onsite presence based on executive office needs.

Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $30.29 - $50.53 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $41.83 - $57.88 per hour.
