ManpowerGroup Executive Administrative Assistant 3 in Redmond, Washington

  • Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 3

  • Location: Hybrid 3 days/week – Building 122, Redmond, WA

  • Contract Duration: 2 months (high likelihood of extension, pending budget approval)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (standard core hours)

  • Pay Rate Range: $30 to $40/hr

Role Overview

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including General Managers (GMs). This role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, supporting team operations, and handling various administrative and project-based tasks.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • 5–7 years of overall administrative experience

  • Experience supporting GM-level or senior executives preferred

  • Background in large, matrixed organizations is a plus

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required

Disqualifiers

  • Lack of relevant experience

  • Frequent job hopping

Top Required Skills

  1. Executive Support: Minimum 2 years supporting GM-level or higher executives

  2. Calendar Management: Minimum 3 years managing multiple executive calendars

  3. Travel & Expenses: Minimum 3 years booking travel and processing expenses

Additional Key Skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Data tracking and management (Excel proficiency required)

  • Experience creating Purchase Orders (POs)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong organizational and confidentiality skills

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and executive schedules

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports

  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documentation

  • Maintain records and filing systems

  • Track and manage team projects and deliverables

  • Order supplies and support onboarding logistics

  • Document meetings and provide detailed notes

  • Support team events and operations
