This role involves providing back-up support to Executive Assistants, team support, and assistance with special projects and events as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, teamwork, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive support to M2 managers, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports. * Assist with their direct reports as needed. * Offering larger team support, including organizing morale events, onboarding and offboarding new hires, and procuring goods and services such as computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials. * Manage asset tracking and facility requests. * Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communications and interactions. * Build and maintain strong business relationships with executive-level and counterpart administrative staff both internally and externally. Required Qualifications: * 2-4 years of experience as a Business Administrator or in a similar role. * Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint. Preferred Qualifications: * Process-driven, extremely organized, and detail-oriented. * High integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately. * Ability to deal with ambiguity, make independent decisions, be proactive, and drive tasks to closure. * Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, actively tracking pending items, and constantly reprioritizing tasks based on changing business needs. * Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, self-awareness, and excellent customer service skills. * Proven track record of excellent judgment, problem resolution, teamwork, negotiation, budgeting, analytical skills, decision-making skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
