Job Summary:

The candidate will work as an Events Coordinator, focusing on organizing and managing employee experiences at the Redmond office and globally. They will handle room bookings, set up events with catering and AV capabilities, and provide information for teams while ensuring a dynamic working environment.

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have Requirements:

· Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency

· Ability to manage AV capabilities

· Experience in room booking and event setup

· Strong organizational skills

· Independent self-starter mentality

Preferred Requirements:

· Previous experience in corporate event planning

· Familiarity with catering services

Pay: $ 36.46/hr.

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm

Pay Details: $36.46 per hour
