Overview

Microsoft’s Brand & Advertising team is building modern creative and production systems to power always‑on, performance‑driven marketing at global scale. We are seeking a Digital Producer focused on high‑volume digital asset adaptation to drive the execution of digital creative across platforms, markets, and campaigns—balancing speed, consistency, and quality in a high‑output environment.

This role is critical to helping Microsoft deliver more work, more efficiently, without compromising brand standards. The Digital Producer will own high‑volume digital production workflows end‑to‑end, partnering with creative, media, and operations teams to ensure assets are delivered accurately, on time, and optimized for performance across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own production of high‑volume digital assets across banners, paid social, and display

  • Manage large sets of sizes, ratios, versions, and localization requirements

  • Partner with creative and media teams to align production with channel and performance needs

  • Oversee vendors, timelines, and delivery across multiple parallel workstreams

  • Ensure assets meet platform specs, file‑weight limits, and brand standards

  • Leverage templates and modular systems to improve scale and efficiency

  • Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, and resourcing needs

  • Budget owndership

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in professional production environment (e.g., lighting, shooting, audio recording, web production, writing), post-production environment, or broadcasting (e.g., local news)

  • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6–8+ years of experience in digital or advertising production

  • Proven experience managing high‑volume digital asset delivery

  • Solid understanding of performance media and platform requirements

  • Organizational skills and ability to manage complexity

  • Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑output environments

  • Familiarity with production automation or AI tools is a plus

Video Production IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
