Job Description

Responsibilities:

• [Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Support budget management and forecasting across programs.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Manage procurement activities and track purchase orders.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Partner with logistics to ensure prompt shipping to internal and external teams.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Coordinate multiple programs concurrently with clear communication and tracking.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• [5+ years as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Experience in hardware development and work with domestic and international vendors.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Proficiency managing complex spreadsheets and accounting tools.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Strong coordination skills across teams, vendors, and time zones.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
