ManpowerGroup Construction Project Manager 5 in Redmond, Washington

Our client, a leading Technology and Data Center infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction & Facilities organization supporting large-scale Data Center construction teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong problem-solving capabilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Cheyenne, WY

Pay Range: $73 – $79/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate construction and non-IT infrastructure projects

  • Develop detailed project schedules and oversee technical integration activities

  • Manage project performance related to schedule, safety, and cost

  • Present proposals, reports, and project findings to internal stakeholders

  • Oversee contractors, review cost estimates, and approve project changes

What’s Needed?

  • 10+ years of experience in construction or project management

  • Strong background managing large-scale construction projects, including data centers

  • Experience managing schedules, safety, and cost performance metrics

  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
