ManpowerGroup Construction Project Engineer 5 in Redmond, Washington
Our client, a global cloud infrastructure and technology organization, is seeking a Construction Project Engineer 5 (Scheduler) to join their team. As a Construction Project Engineer 5 , you will be part of the Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) organization, supporting large-scale datacenter construction initiatives .
Job Title: Construction Project Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (Preference for PST or CST working hours)
Pay Range: $71 - $77 per hour
What’s the Job?
Develop and manage detailed construction project schedules for large-scale datacenter builds
Utilize Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to maintain and analyze CPM-based schedules
Monitor project risks, identify schedule impacts, and develop mitigation strategies
Manage and prioritize multiple project schedules simultaneously
Provide regular schedule insights and status updates to senior stakeholders
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Senior-level experience in construction planning and scheduling for capital projects ($50M–$200M+)
Strong expertise with Primavera P6 , MS Project , and CPM scheduling methodology
Proven ability to analyze EPC schedules and identify trends, risks, and mitigations
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
