ManpowerGroup Construction Project Engineer 5 in Redmond, Washington

Our client, a global cloud infrastructure and technology organization, is seeking a Construction Project Engineer 5 (Scheduler) to join their team. As a Construction Project Engineer 5 , you will be part of the Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) organization, supporting large-scale datacenter construction initiatives .

Job Title: Construction Project Engineer

Location: 100% Remote (Preference for PST or CST working hours)

Pay Range: $71 - $77 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Develop and manage detailed construction project schedules for large-scale datacenter builds

  • Utilize Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to maintain and analyze CPM-based schedules

  • Monitor project risks, identify schedule impacts, and develop mitigation strategies

  • Manage and prioritize multiple project schedules simultaneously

  • Provide regular schedule insights and status updates to senior stakeholders

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

  • Senior-level experience in construction planning and scheduling for capital projects ($50M–$200M+)

  • Strong expertise with Primavera P6 , MS Project , and CPM scheduling methodology

  • Proven ability to analyze EPC schedules and identify trends, risks, and mitigations

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
