ManpowerGroup Construction Integration Manager in Redmond, Washington
? Construction Integration Manager (Data Centers – Hyperscale)
? USA | Multiple Sites | High Travel
? Full-time / Contract
? Mission-Critical Infrastructure | Hyperscale Data Centers
? Build the Backbone of Global Cloud Infrastructure
This role is not about managing software projects, dashboards, or IT roadmaps.
As a Construction Integration Manager , you will sit at the center of hyperscale data center construction , ensuring that complex, multi‑trade builds are delivered safely, on schedule, and fully aligned with owner requirements.
You will act as the owner’s representative during construction , integrating work across civil, MEP, commissioning, and contractors , and translating requirements into verified, field‑ready execution.
If you thrive in on‑site environments , enjoy owning ambiguity , and want your work to physically power the world’s largest cloud platforms , this role is for you.
? What You’ll Own
Serve as the closed-loop integration leader across active data center construction sites
Represent the owner during build‑phase execution , ensuring requirements are met and verified
Coordinate General Contractors, MEP trades, commissioning agents, and specialty vendors
Track construction readiness, milestones, risks, and field issues across multiple sites
Validate progress through site walks, inspections, punch lists, and acceptance reviews
Escalate schedule, scope, and quality risks early with clear, data‑backed recommendations
Partner closely with design, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure successful handover
Provide clear, concise executive‑level reporting on integration health and readiness
? What Makes You a Great Fit
You are someone who:
Has real experience integrating data center construction , not just managing projects around it
Is comfortable being on site, in the field , resolving issues in real time
Understands how civil, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning work together
Can challenge contractors respectfully but firmly when requirements are not met
Thinks in terms of readiness, verification, and acceptance , not just task completion
Communicates clearly with both executives and field teams
✅ Required Experience
8+ years of experience in mission‑critical or data center construction
Proven background in construction integration, owner‑rep, or field execution roles
Hands‑on experience coordinating GCs, MEP trades, and commissioning activities
Strong understanding of build‑phase milestones, sequencing, and readiness tracking
Experience performing site walks, field verification, RFIs, and punch list management
Willingness to travel 60–75% to active construction sites
⭐ Strongly Preferred
Experience with hyperscale data center programs
Electrical, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering background
Experience working owner‑side (not only GC or IT organizations)
Familiarity with global data center standards and commissioning processes
❗ This Role Is Not For You If…
Your background is primarily IT Program Management, TPM, Product, or Software
You have worked around data centers but not in construction execution
You prefer remote‑only roles and minimal site presence
Your experience is focused on operations, migrations, or post‑build activities only
? Why This Role Matters
Data centers are the foundation of everything digital.
In this role, your work will:
Enable global-scale cloud platforms
Directly impact availability, reliability, and readiness
Leave a physical legacy you can point to and say: “I helped build that.”
