ManpowerGroup Business Operations Analyst (Workforce Management) in Redmond, Washington
Our client, a leading organization in data center infrastructure management, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Workforce Planning Department supporting headcount and budget operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $37.32
What's the Job?
Manage headcount tracking, attrition management, and backfill creation within a high-growth data center environment.
Support workforce planning activities by maintaining accurate headcount records and analyzing workforce data.
Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Establish and document business processes to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, predict potential overruns, and propose solutions.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
5-7 years of experience supporting headcount, HR, finance, or administrative processes.
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to learn internal tools quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and enterprise applications; experience with Meditech-Human Resource Planning is a plus.
