Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 2, you will be part of the Design & Research department supporting high-profile projects and confidential initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform a variety of complex administrative functions for management and external partners
Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and process business expenses
Organize meetings and events, support department financial and personnel operations
Procure goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and vendor relationships
Provide general office support and serve as the department contact for various needs
What's Needed?
Minimum of 4 years' experience in administrative support or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook tools
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with tact and professionalism
