ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant 2 in Redmond, Washington

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 2, you will be part of the Design & Research department supporting high-profile projects and confidential initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

  • Perform a variety of complex administrative functions for management and external partners

  • Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and process business expenses

  • Organize meetings and events, support department financial and personnel operations

  • Procure goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and vendor relationships

  • Provide general office support and serve as the department contact for various needs

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in administrative support or related field

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook tools

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to handle confidential information with tact and professionalism
