ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant 2 in Redmond, Washington
Title: Administrative Assistant 2
Work Location: Onsite – Building 122, Redmond, WA
Duration: 3 months (Chance for Extension: Possible (based on performance and budget)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, No overtime expected
Pay Rate Range: $25 to $28/hr
Responsibilities:
The candidate will primarily support two General Managers (GMs) and handle a variety of administrative tasks, including:
Managing executive schedules and calendars
Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
Processing and tracking business expenses
Organizing meetings and department events
Supporting department financial operations
Assisting with personnel and facility operations
Managing procurement of goods and services, including:
Computer equipment
Office supplies
Reference materials
Coordinating with vendors and maintaining vendor relationships
Providing general office support
Serving as the department or group point of contact
Completing special projects as assigned

Disqualifiers
Candidates may be disqualified if they:
Provide inaccessible or incomplete resumes
Have experience that does not align with their resume
Lack prior administrative experience supporting Microsoft
Are unable to demonstrate clear and detailed communication skills

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Strong attention to detail
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
Experience processing and managing business expenses
Prior administrative experience at Microsoft
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking skills while supporting multiple leaders (two GMs)
Proactive work style
Excellent communication with detailed updates
Motivation to learn, grow, and take initiative
