Summary: -Coordinates in plant material flow, from receiving dock to point of use on the assembly line. Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, shipping records, and material flow for raw materials.
Job Responsibilities: • Recommend measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. • Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. • Maintain standard processes in place for material technicians and team leaders within their designated area. • Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
