Utility Team Member:
This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and dining environment in accordance with Parkhurst standards. Duties include cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, coolers, and counters; supporting the dish room during peak times; emptying trash; and assisting with catering deliveries and pick-ups. The position requires following cleaning schedules, practicing clean-as-you-go techniques, maintaining proper hygiene and uniform standards, communicating supply needs to management, and supporting coworkers as needed. The job involves standing or walking throughout the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
