What You'll Be Doing

  • Receive Orders for the Central Alberta Ready Mix Market.

  • Enter orders in Dispatch Scheduling Program.

  • Schedule RMC Drivers based on scheduling requirements.

  • Ticket Ready Mix Trucks in-line with the daily schedule.

  • Support Dispatch Supervisor through daily operations.

  • Collaborate with Batch Plant Operators and team members to support efficient operations.

  • Assist Batch Plant staff in scheduling repairs on Ready Mix Plants.

What Are We Looking For

  • Exposure to fast paced Ready Mix Operations is an asset.

  • Experience working specifically with Concrete Batching/Scheduling.

  • Strong multitasking skillset.

  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and conflict resolution.

  • Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well alone as well as a strong team player.

  • Safety focused mindset with strong emphasis on Hazard Identification.

Conditions of Employment

  • Must successfully complete a post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

  • Performance will be Evaluated on a 30/60/90-day coaching program conducted by direct supervisor.

Work Environment

  • This role operates primarily in the Central Dispatch Office in Red Deer, AB

  • This role is representative of the entire Central Alberta Ready Mix Group.

  • This role requires flexibility, including extended work hours during peak seasons and a varying schedule that may include early mornings and late evenings.

Maximum Pay Rate: 69,873.33
