What You'll Be Doing
Safely operate a yard loader to move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials
Monitor material inventory levels and support efficient plant operations
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Communicate effectively with team members to support safe production flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area
What Are We Looking For
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Strong focus on situational awareness and safe work practices
Capability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
Commitment to teamwork and clear communication
Willingness to learn and perform a variety of yard and equipment tasks
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
