Office Location: 1012 W 9th Avenue, Suite 120 King of Prussia, PA 19406
Coverage area:Reading, PA - Can be asked to travel throughout territory as patient needs warrant
S chedule:Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
1 year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
