L&H Signs Inc. Executive Administrative Assistant / Reception in READING, Pennsylvania

  • Assist all departments as needed
  • Directs daily truck traffic, FedEx, UPS, and Amazon Shipments to correct area
  • Receive and send mail, including certified mail
  • Screen all incoming calls to transfer to correct contacts
  • Greet clients, vendors and visitors
  • Process LH Apparel orders and maintain inventories
  • Process installation staff timesheet reports in Connecteams
  • Maintain refreshments and office supplies
  • Maintain cellular phone inventory and transfers for employee use
  • Maintain Large Conference Room schedule and preparations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for company personnel.
  • Enter Installation and Contractor payroll hours into ERP system
  • Update ACH/CC payments and receivables in KeyedIn from Accounting
  • Enter bill of materials requests into ERP system
  • Process company credit card expenses/receipts through Expense Point
  • I Green Recycle Coordination
  • Fleet Management Support
  • Maintain online company directories, ORG Chart, SharePoint set ups
  • Assist in coordinating company events and meetings
  • Other duties as assigned by the Controller, HR Manager and VPO

Desired Skills:

  • Relevant experience as Administrative Assistant or Office Manager
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management with ability to prioritize and execute work
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, collaborative and positive attitude
