Job Overview
L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time CNC Router/Water Jet Operator to join our team.
Primary duties and qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment. (WPO)
- Working knowledge of various materials such as Aluminum, Poly Carb, Acrylic, etc.
- Set-Up and run Multicam routers and Flow water jet machinery.
- Blueprint interpretation skills a must. (SolidWorks and Corel Draw preferred)
- Perform quality checks as needed. Ensure parts are to print specifications.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance task specified on the checklist.
- Perform required transactions in KeyedIn and Power Apps.
- Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies as documented in the employee handbook.
- Perform additional duties as required
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of CNC machinery operation.
- Requires strong problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing and able to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed.
- Focus on Safety, Quality, and Production.
