Kelly Services BCBA Supervisor in Reading, Pennsylvania
Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide RBT supervision in local school district in Oley, PA. This role is part time, requiring approximately 6 hours / week at this time to meet supervision needs.
RBT supervisees in this district: 3
Responsibilities :
Provide clinical supervision to RBTs across the school district.
Supervision focused solely on strong & effective implementation of behavior analytic skills across 1-1, group, and class-wide support interventions.
No responsibility for FBAs, IEPs, or treatment plan development.
Maintain documentation of supervision meetings & observations, in accordance with BACB requirements
Coordinate with classroom teachers, school BCBAs, and/or clinical case managers on feedback provided, support & follow up needed, etc.
Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rules, and School District policies.
Must have availability to provide onsite, in person supervision during school hours

This is a 1099 Independent contracting position, allowing for greater flexibility
Kelly Pediatric Therapy provides consistent on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders.
School-Based Academy: We provide the support and community that a new School-Based therapist needs to feel comfortable and to be successful.

Qualifications :
Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst certificate, in good standing
8-hour supervisor course completed
Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances
