IQVIA International Project Manager in Reading, United Kingdom
We’re looking for an International Project Manager to lead the delivery of multi‑country projects involving field‑based teams , including Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and Medical Sales Representatives . Working closely with the International Project Director , you’ll own day‑to‑day project delivery while acting as line manager for field personnel across multiple markets.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing remote, customer‑facing pharmaceutical teams and delivering complex international projects.
What You’ll Do
Manage the operational delivery of international field force projects from set‑up to close‑out
Act as line manager for MSLs, sales reps, and other field‑based roles, including onboarding, coaching, performance management, and development
Coordinate activity across countries, functions, and stakeholders
Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and budgets, driving resolution where needed
Support recruitment and onboarding of new field‑based headcount
Ensure full compliance with SOPs, training, and regulatory requirements
Prepare project updates and reporting for internal and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing field‑based pharmaceutical or medical teams
3–5 years’ experience in project, operational, or people management
Strong people leadership skills, particularly with remote/international teams
Understanding of compliance and training requirements in pharma environments
Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
