Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Intern to join the Starline Team in Reading, UK.
Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a full-time 3-month HR Intern to join our team at the Reading site. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
This is a site-based role supporting the HR team with day-to-day coordination, administration, and project support activities.

Role, What Will You Do?
· Assist in filing, organising, and maintaining employee documentation and digital HR records
· Update and maintain employee data in HR systems, SharePoint, and Excel trackers
· Support compliance checks, right-to-work documentation, and audit preparation
· Assist in managing confidential employee files and maintaining GDPR standards
· Prepare welcome packs, and induction schedules
· Help coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
· Support HR-led initiatives such as engagement activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys
· Draft basic HR communications (email templates, notices, reminders)
· Support meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up actions
· Assist with office admin tasks such as document formatting, printing, organising files, and supplies tracking
Qualifications
Education:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
· Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, filtering) and PowerPoint (slides, formatting)
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Proactive, reliable, and able to work collaboratively within a team
