Nestle 2026 Technical & Production Trainee Program in Rayong, Thailand

Does this sound like you?

  • Fresh graduates , those about to graduate by May 2026, or candidates with a maximum of 3 years of working experience

  • Completed a degree from the following fields: Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, and any related fields!

  • Have analytical & critical thinking skills, and a good command of English and Thai

  • Flexible to be based across our different factory locations (Rayong or Ayutthaya areas)

Step 2: Online Assessments & Video Interview (Now – 28 Feb 2026)

2.1 Online Assessment

  • Complete within 3 days after registration .

  • Each assessment must be finished in one sitting once started.

  • You can log in/out between assessments.

  • Check your junk mail for invitations.

2.2 Video Interview

  • Complete within 3 days after receiving the email invitation .

Only qualified candidates will proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Assessment Center (March 2026)

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an onsite assessment via phone call

Step 4: Final Result and Onboarding (April 2026)

Final result will be announced in April, and successful candidates will commence the journey on 1 June 2026.
