We are searching for the best talent for a Specialist, Commercial Operations Sales Support based in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA.
Purpose: Entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Contributes to implementing methods and procedures that enhance sales capabilities by integrating best-in-class sales practices, designing enablement tools, and installing sales and customer management systems that promote an environment of continuous improvement and ultimately lead to accelerated sales growth and business opportunities. Ensures sales operations and enablement objectives align with the organization's goals and business strategy by actively participating in the development of sales incentives, operational programs, and resources allocation for the Sales Enablement area.
The Sales Support Team is responsible for assisting with the critical execution of billing and revenue processes that support the sales organization. The team plays a key role in developing and deploying strategies that drive sales growth objectives by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely billing. As an important enabler of business performance, the team helps accelerate speed‑to‑revenue across sales geographies within the Spine business.
You will be responsible for:
Manage contract workflows, including agreements, renewals, and amendments, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. (Tier 4 customer focus)
Act as the primary liaison between Deal Desk, Contract Management, other Offer Development partners and the FSO to facilitate agreement execution.
Support pricing, billing, and invoicing processes by resolving discrepancies using technical knowledge of billing systems.
Support the operation of FSO platforms, enhancing system efficiency and user access, supporting seamless technical operations.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes, and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills & Experience:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels
Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management and external customers
Experience in data management, analysis, and visualization, with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Managing and completing projects within established timelines
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Working knowledge of the medical device business model, including customer contracts and inventory logistics
Experience working with cross‑functional teams (e.g., contracting, business analytics, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance)
Prior experience in the spine medical device field
Prior experience in an analytics or logistics role
The role is based in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA . Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$65,000.00 - $104,650.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
