Job Description
The Project Manager for R&D Infrastructure will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives that support a complex research and development environment. This role oversees the operational effectiveness of labs, 3D printing resources, equipment inventory, and other technical spaces across multiple locations. A key responsibility is consolidating data from various sources, organizing it in Smartsheet, and converting it into clear, actionable dashboards and reports in Power BI.
The ideal candidate excels in fast‑paced, engineering‑focused settings and brings strong project management discipline, excellent communication skills, and a drive to build scalable, reliable systems.

Skills and Requirements
• 3–5+ years of project management experience in R&D, engineering, or technical operations.
• Strong proficiency with Smartsheet for project planning and data management.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and cross‑functional deliverables.
• Familiarity with lab environments, equipment, or maker‑space workflows
