Consumer Direct Care Network Washington (CDWA) is looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to support children with disabilities in their homes and communities. We provide person-centered, in-home support to individuals and families of all ages across Washington including children with developmental or physical disabilities so they can remain safe, supported, and independent at home. As a CDWA Caregiver, you may be eligible for: • Paid Training • PTO accrued at 1 hour per 23 hours worked • Medical, Dental and Vision through SEIU 775 • Flexible Scheduling (Part-Time & Full-Time) • SEIU 775 Union Representation • Free access to Carina.org to find local clients • Starting pay: $22.63--$26.90/hour What You'll Do as a Pediatric Caregiver: • Support children with daily routines like dressing, feeding, toileting, and hygiene • Assist with play-based learning, social development, and safe community engagement • Provide safe transport to therapy sessions, medical appointments, or school • Offer consistent emotional support and help children build confidence and independence • Partner closely with parents and families to provide personalized, compassionate care • Observe and report any changes in the child's health, behavior, or support needs Be Part of a Child's Story This isn't just a job it's an opportunity to empower children with special needs and support families in your community.
