ManpowerGroup Fabrication Technician in Raymond, Ohio
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision machining and fabrication, is seeking a Fabrication Technician to join their team. As a Fabrication Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting machining and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Raymond, OH
Pay Range: 40.00 - 55.00
Shift: 1st shift
What's the Job?
Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and specifications.
Manage stock inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders.
Program and operate CNC/manual mills and lathes, setting up tools, and verifying settings.
Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions.
Ensure safety procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
What's Needed?
Minimum 5+ years of experience writing CNC programs in a machining environment.
Proficiency with CAD (preferably CATIA), CAM software, and G-code.
Manual and CNC operator experience required.
Strong understanding of GD&T and machining processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
