Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contractual documents, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Engineering Design & Development (ED&D) quotations Evaluate and negotiate costs, terms, and conditions for high-dollar purchase orders, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency Manage contracts related to engineering design, development, and in-vehicle software fees while safeguarding intellectual property Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess, manage, and reduce overall vehicle development costs Utilize SAP ECC, Ariba, and L2 approval workflows for purchase order and contract management Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal policies and legal requirements Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to clarify terms and resolve contract-related issues Provide guidance on contract interpretation, risk, and compliance Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in contract administration Strong negotiation skills, particularly with high-dollar contracts Experience working with SAP ECC, Ariba, and structured approval workflows Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Analytical, organized, and solutions-focused work style Preferred Qualifications Understanding of contract law and legal principles Experience supporting automotive, engineering, or technical development contracts Knowledge of automotive parts and tooling Physical & Work Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and crouch at moderate levels Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to push or pull office or work-related equipment as needed No exposure to combustible liquids or compressed gases Ready to Put Your Expertise in Motion?
