Job Summary Provide guests with a warm, attentive, and efficient dining experience by delivering outstanding food and beverage service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and bar
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring order accuracy and proper presentation
- Check in with guests throughout the meal to address any needs or concerns
- Process payments, handle cash, and manage tabs accurately
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and support staff
- Set up, maintain, and reset tables throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- Assist teammates during busy periods to maintain overall service standards
Qualifications
- Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and menu items
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Must meet minimum age requirement to serve alcohol where applicable
- TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
