The Crowbar Bartender in Rawlins, Wyoming
Job Summary Prepare and serve beverages and food items to guests while delivering an exceptional experience behind the bar. Maintain a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment at all times.
Responsibilities
- Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly, attentive manner
- Take orders, process payments, and maintain accurate tabs
- Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service
- Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift
- Prepare garnishes, batched cocktails, and other bar prep before service
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all health, safety, and liquor law regulations
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
Qualifications
- Prior bartending or bar-back experience preferred
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must meet minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
- TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Cash handling experience a plus
