Job Title: Administrative Project Coordinator
Location: Raritan, NJ
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite
Contract - Long term project
Compensation: $80000 annually, plus 20 paid vacation days, 10 paid holidays, the options to sign up for health benefits through Blue Cross, as well as a 401K
Must have prior experience working at a pharmaceutical company, CRO or Biotech
This role will be supporting the Oncology Global Medical Affairs Group. It will have a heavy admin component that will continue to evolve into more "project" based responsibilities. We are looking for someone that is very organized, eager to learn, professional/polished, and excellent communication skills.
Summary:
The Project Coordinator will provide project support to the Global Head, Strategy and Execution team and other executives on the team. This is a role within the global Medical Affairs department. This role will provide support with calendar management, meeting support, expense reports, org. charts, distribution lists, partnering with other admins on team and assisting Executive Admin Asst.
Responsibilities:
Provide project support to multiple senior executives and Exec. Admin as needed.
Provide support with calendar management, internal and external meeting support, expense reports, org. charts, distribution lists.
Work on complex meeting set-ups
Partner with other admins on team and assist the Executive Admin Asst.
Provide ad hoc support across the team as needed
Qualifications:
BS/BA preferred, will accept candidates with relevant experience in lieu of education
1-2 years Pharma industry experience is required
2+ years of project coordination experience
Experience with calendar management, Concur, eMarketplace and other systems is required.
Must be detailed-oriented and highly organized.
Must be able to support high volume of tasks for large teams in a fast-paced environment.
Independent, pro-active can work on own, as well as within a team environment is required.
