JOB REQUIREMENTS: Role Overview As an Assembly and Packaging Operator, you will manage the machinery that moves cans from the filling line into boxes, onto pallets, and out to our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Machine Operation: Set up and run packaging equipment like cardboard packers, shrink-wrappers, and labellers. Quality Control: Check cans for leaks, proper seals, and correct date codes. Supply Management: Keep the machines fed with packaging materials Sanitation: Maintain a clean workspace to meet food safety standards. Problem Solving: Clear minor jams in the conveyor belt and perform basic machine adjustments. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg). Attention to Detail: You\'ll need to spot small defects while the line is moving quickly. Reliability: Production depends on everyone being at their station on time.
