Job Title: 2nd Shift General Production Worker
Job Description
Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will be responsible for prepping panels for final assembly. You will clean, label, and stage materials, apply insulated foam using proper techniques, and ensure the quality of the panels by inspecting them before they move to the next station.
Responsibilities
Prep panels for final assembly by cleaning, labeling, and staging materials.
Apply insulated foam to assembled panels using proper techniques and work instructions.
Load and unload panels from the curing chamber safely and efficiently.
Inspect panels for defects, accuracy, and overall quality before they move to the next station.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Assist with general production tasks as needed to keep workflow moving.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with hand tools and a tape measure.
Mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
Ability to follow work instructions and attention to detail.
Basic measurement skills and consistent work habits.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in production, light industry, fabrication, sheet metal, and fitting.
Willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Open to candidates with experience in trades such as HVAC, pipe fitting, electrical, fabrication, or welding.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Randolph, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.30 - $27.50/hr.
