The Packer is responsible for assembling and packaging finished products while meeting quality and production standards. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

Job Duties

  • Assemble and package products according to work orders and specifications

  • Inspect products for quality, defects, and accuracy before packaging

  • Label, seal, and palletize finished goods

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Meet daily and weekly production goals

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed

  • Communicate inventory, quality, or equipment issues to supervisors

  • Work collaboratively with team members to support production flow

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, packing, or production experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift 25–50 lbs

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
