As a Field Service Representative, you’ll apply your technical, electrical, and mechanical skills in real-world environments where uptime matters. What You’ll Do
Install, start up, and instruct customers on technology represented by Stiles
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field
Document work performed, problems encountered, and customer concerns clearly and promptly
Recommend improvements pertaining to reliability, performance, and long-term operation
Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a technical partner and problem solver, not just a service call
Assist in training customers and Stiles service representatives on proper equipment use and maintenance
Maintain showroom equipment and assist with customer demos as needed
Continuously develop your skills and knowledge of the technology you’re working on while working alongside vendor technicians and experienced Stiles team members
Regional travel averaging four days per week, with overtime and mileage reimbursement

What You’ll Need
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly
A flexible schedule and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
Two years of technical schooling in electronics or a related field, equivalent hands-on experience, a related associate’s degree, or a willingness to learn
Prior experience in CNC, PC-based controls, machine service, maintenance, or operation or completion of a Field Service training program
