Insight Global Technology Business Management Analyst in Rancho Cordova, California

Job Description

Insight Global y is seeking a contract resource to

support the management and optimization of IT financial data and

processes. This role will ensure accurate tracking of maintenance records

for software, hardware, and service agreements while supporting the

implementation of Technology Business Management (TBM) and IT

Financial Management (ITFM) frameworks. The analyst will collaborate with

IT Finance, procurement, and IT teams to normalize and rationalize data,

track IT spend, support cost optimization, and provide insights that improve

budget accuracy and financial planning. The position is critical in providing

data-driven analysis to support decision-making.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience with Apptio or similar TBM/ITFM tools.

• Strong understanding of Technology Business Management (TBM) and IT Financial Management

(ITFM) principles.

• Experience managing and tracking IT assets, software, hardware, and service agreements.

• Proficiency in building dashboards and reports for financial and operational data.

• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

• Ability to normalize and reconcile IT budgets across multiple financial systems.

• Familiarity with cost allocation models and expense tracking across departments and business

units.

• Strong data validation, quality assurance, and analytical skills.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Procurement. • Prior experience in healthcare IT financial management or strategic portfolio management.

• Familiarity with cost optimization strategies for IT maintenance and service contracts
