Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will provide advanced financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning for various departments. This is a contract to hire position within the healthcare industry, offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects and collaborate with executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to evaluate actual performance, forecast future trends, and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop comprehensive financial models and pro formas to assess potential mergers, acquisitions, and other business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, strategy, and executive leadership, to align business objectives and financial goals.
• Lead high-profile projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and provide actionable insights.
• Utilize advanced data mining techniques and software tools to extract, analyze, and interpret complex financial data.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and expertise in streamlining processes and implementing best practices for financial operations.
• Support merger and acquisition activities, including due diligence, model development, and transaction documentation.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and growth within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal regulations while conducting financial evaluations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting processes.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, strategy, or healthcare-related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and tools for complex financial analysis.
• Familiarity with legal and fiscal regulations relevant to the healthcare industry.
• Ability to create comprehensive reports and deliver effective presentations.
• Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, including integration processes.
