Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Dispatcher to support daily operations on an onsite, contract basis. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, dispatching field personnel, and serving as a key point of communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch technicians, drivers, or field staff based on service requests and availability
Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and service expectations
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls related to service requests or scheduling
Communicate job details, updates, and instructions clearly to field personnel
Maintain accurate records of schedules, work orders, and dispatch activity
Enter and update information in dispatching or tracking systems
Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when necessary
Support additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
Prior dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry
Attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities
Ability to work onsite in Rancho Cordova, CA
