This role is fast-paced and highly visible — you’ll be coordinating across hiring managers, candidates, and HR leadership. Key Responsibilities
Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Support onboarding logistics
Assist recruiters with sourcing coordination
Track recruiting metrics and reporting
Ensure smooth candidate experience
Requirements
1–3 years of HR, recruiting, or admin experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with ATS systems preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and proactive
